Ensure master order sheet is complete and accurate for US and Canada.
Ensure that the orders (both railroads and purchase orders) are placed and keyed into the system accurately and make sure the merchandise is delivered as scheduled.
Finalize RR invoicing, including all shipments, returns, freight charges.
Follow up with the delivery schedule of ordered items to warehouse.
Make the necessary inventory adjustments in JDE system based on physical count or warehouse’s directions.
Maintain the relationship with warehouse for product handling and logistics of merchandise.
Be the first reviewer of merchandise invoices and take initial steps if there is any correction needed.
Work closely with business leader for inventory to identify reorders, destroyed items and make any additional suggestions for merchandise.
Ensure the proper policies and procedures are followed.
Prepare the various reports to analyze obsolete inventory and sales on a monthly basis.
Make necessary adjustments in the system so US & Canada Home Entertainment sales can be processed.

Proficient with a best-in-class ERP system, preferably JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP
3 to 5 years of work experience, with solid knowledge of the Supply Chain function in a product distribution environment.
Advanced skill level with Access, database development and overall data manipulation required; knowledge of JD Edwards a plus
Moderate to Advanced Excel skills including ability to use logic formulas including sumifs, vlookups, hlookups, advanced filtering, conditional formatting, charts and pivot tables
Strong written and oral communication skills essential
Must have the ability to manage a large volume of work and meet deadlines
Self-starter with strong accounting and financial skills
Detail oriented with excellent follow up skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent organizational and time management skills
