Job Description:
Analyze/track/document requirements, decompose functions, Agile, has had dev exposure. The Application Analyst must have the ability to work in an environment where creativity and adaptation to change is required, have good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with co-workers, team leads, and program management at various levels. Daily tasks will include: requirements gathering, project planning, data analysis, code testing, and coordination across customer/virtual teams. A diverse set of skills will be required to resolve a complex and wide ranging set of problems. Additional responsibilities may include: Troubleshoot training issues, develop and present solutions to the customer Communicate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure the deliverables are reviewed for content and ready for customer acceptance Analyze customer feedback and assist program team in required updates to training products.

Experience collaborating with customer representatives, program management, and quality managers to define and document requirements Demonstrated multitasking ability, problem solving skills and a consistent record of on time delivery and customer service Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain English Fluent in use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point Experience writing and editing training products and documents  Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
