Job Description:
As a Business Administrator, you will support tasks in the following areas:
• Training Center Administration, Student Enrollment, revenue processing, and maintenance of training records in multiple systems 
• Data Entry, Analysis and Reporting 
• New Employee Onboarding 
• Materials inventory and tracking 
• Service Center Administration 
• Classroom Utilization and Scheduling 
• Other general administrative tasks

Required Skills:
Successful candidates are self-motivated individuals with excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail, who work independently and reliably to balance multiple priorities. Typical requirements include a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline with 1 year of relevant experience. You must be resourceful and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of personnel. Model candidates possess the work ethic necessary to thrive in a demanding and dynamic work environment. You must demonstrate excellent teaming skills, high customer service standards and professionalism. Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of the suite of Microsoft Office Applications are essential

Desired Skills:
Experience with Learning Management and Tracking systems is preferred, or other database maintenance experience.
