Job Description
This position will provide ongoing support to the recruiting department by performing various recruitment and administrative activities.

Main Responsibilities
Find qualified candidates for job openings by searching job boards, internal database and networking.
Understand technical requirements and sourcing challenges of each role.
Sorts incoming resumes and conducts initial screening interviews
Inputs necessary information into the applicant/resume tracking database in an accurate and timely manner. 
Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates
Keep records of candidate interviews and report them to recruitment managers
Perform ad hoc duties as needed

Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or similar
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Good verbal and written communication skills
Very organized and responsible
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame
Excellent team working skills
Able to work with deadlines
Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel

Desired Skills: 
Full life cycle recruiting experience. 
Experience recruiting for IT and Engineering openings.
Experience recruiting TS/SCI positions. 
Experience recruiting for multiple customers across the US.
