Job Description:
Support flight project RF and Telecom System implementation, integration, verification, test and problem resolution Support component level design, manufacturing, test readiness reviews at various subcontractor locations across the country Review and comment on contractor and subcontractor test plans and procedures for RF and telecom components, subsystems and system applications Support contractor and subcontractor component, subsystem and system testing at various locations across the country Will primarily work in a secure/classified facility.

Required Skills:
The candidate requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline with a minimum of 20 years of related experience; Master's degree with a minimum of 15 years of related experience; or PhD with a minimum of 10 years of related experience. Substantial practical experience in the architecture, design, implentation, verification and test of flight telecommunications components, subsystems and systems. Substantial practical experience it the analysis, design, implementation, verification and test of RF components, subsystems and systems used in a low Passive Intermodulation (PIM) Distortion environment Currently active TS/SCI security clearance.

Desired Skills:
Experience with the RF test equipment such as spectrum and network analyzers, signal generators, Ground Support Equipment for testing flight Telecom subsystems Working knowledge of E&M theory and applications. Working knowledge of RF components (such as antennas, filters, transponders, TWTA’s, waveguides and modulators) design, implementation, test and verification Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated effectiveness in a team environment. Ability to work independently under a set schedule. Proven ability to establish task priorities and manage change as the project/task evolves in reaction to new requirements.
