Job Description:
The Systems Engineer will be assigned a program primarily within the Global Intelligence Solutions (GIS) product line to fill the role of Senior Systems Engineer to help create, deploy and support an element of the customer’s Future Ground Architecture. The Senior Systems Engineer will be to support design and requirements analysis and derivation efforts for Requirements and Design Reviews for the Future Ground Architecture. The selected candidate will have roles in the following areas and may include responsibilities not limited to: 
Work with multi-discipline teams in the creation of technical work products, Evaluate customer change requests, 
Engage with customer and 3rd part operations organization to understand how new system will impact their organization
Create and brief status and plans at Raytheon and customer meetings.

Required Skills:
 10+ years’ experience in GEOINT/OPIRIMINT related product line in an engineering or an engineering support role, 
Must hold and maintain a current TS/SCI Clearance, 
Experience in the GEOINT/ OPIRIMINT domain, 
System Engineering experience on a large government software development contract, 
Demonstrated judgement in managing competing internal and external priorities to meet project objectives, 
Experience in identifying risks and establishing effective mitigation plans, or viable contingency plans, 
Experience in identifying opportunities and establishing effective realization plans, 
Experience in SE Requirements Derivation and Design, 
Proven written and oral communication skills, 
Experience in developing presentations and delivering them at formal customer reviews to include business reviews and milestone reviews, Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools, particularly Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Word, 
Must be able to interface with design engineers, developers, program and company leadership, customers, and end users, 
Must be willing to perform business travel up to 5 days per month, 
Must be willing to work overtime to meet key deadlines, and lead team to do the same, and 
Experience in the GEOINT, Cyber, and/or Computer Network Defense domains.

Required Education (including Major): BS in Math, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable (MS or above preferred). 

Desired Skills:
Experience in the OPIR area
