Job Description:
•Oversee program of large leased facility projects. Work closely with IC’s, building owners, architects and subcontractors to develop lasting relationships over time.
•Coordinate space, telecommunications, safety, security, transportation, parking, IT, time-lines, etc. for relocation of research and administrative staff, renovation of facilities, installation of utility systems for specialized equipment or functions as needed.  Solicit technical input from subject matter experts as required.
•Provide planning and recommendations in managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from start-up through closeout and ensure that the IC's expectations, budgetary and mission support objectives are exceeded.  Provide leadership and business judgment on all aspects of projects within position scope.
•Set appropriate milestones and recommend staff qualified to handle the scope and complexity of the project. Interface directly with ORF Project Officers, Branch Chiefs, Chief of Design and Construction and ORF Director.
•Prepare summaries, reports and presentations; lead meetings and present information and updates to executive officers.

Required Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
•Minimum of twelve (12) years of related experience.
•Excellent leadership, managerial and mentoring skills.
•Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
•Possess initiative and strong customer service focus (both internally and externally).
•Excellent analytical, organizational and business management skills.
