Job Description:
This position is for a tier 2 Helpdesk Support Technician who will be supporting the Federal law enforcement agency.  The selected individual will be providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for all domains and users worldwide; provides on-site and remote support for users located at classified sites by phone or via classified network; this includes after-hours support when needed; Tier 1 - create/delete accounts; issue/maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) tokens, performing as the Registration Authority (RA); Tier 2 - provide Active Directory updates, install/maintain workstations, peripherals, and cables for assigned site; perform email administration, printer maintenance, workstation configuration, and troubleshooting; train User Support staff on new applications; includes skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Administration tools for Windows 7 and higher, automated Help Desk tools (Microsoft System Center), Citrix desktop virtualization environment.

Required Skills:
•Secret security clearance required to start. 
•Typically requires BS and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.
•Must have working knowledge of: Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Excel, Work, PowerPoint, etc.; Administration tools for Windows 7 and higher; Automated Help Desk Tools: Microsoft System Center; Citrix desktop virtualization environment. 
•5+ years experience in an IT Help Desk environment
