Job Description:
Supporting the SENS3 management team, the candidate will support the Communications Center (CC) services to ensure Service Level Agreements are met, including:

- Maintain infrastructure for communications connectivity for secure and non- secure solutions for SENS3; 
- Provide a 24 hour point of existence as a means of notification for all secure communications;
- Support monthly exercises and maintain, store, and deploy secure mobile solutions;
- Provide Executive travel team support for secure communications;
- Verify the operation of all secure communications;
- Operate the Automated Message Handling System (AMHS), to include: (a) Provide technical support services, including system administration, patching, and version updates; (b) Install, test, and operate in the SENS3 security enclaves; and (c) coordinate interoperability of AMHS with other systems.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience installing, operating, and maintaining A/V, secure VTC, secure Fax, VoIP, and/or Network equipment in a customer service focused environment;
- Experience with troubleshooting, data encryption, configuration management, and engineering in support of communications center operations;
- Must have “hands-on” knowledge and experience with Linux/Unix Operating Systems;

Desired Skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge/Experience with Data Transport (store and forward) systems
Knowledge/Experience with Formal Messaging Systems (i.e. AMHS)
Experience in Agile Development teams
