Job Description:
Seeking a Java developer with experience in Oracle and Identity and Access Management. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development in an Agile environment together with ability to lead a small team of software developers.

•Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy in-house software applications
•Modify existing and develop new customized modules in various Oracle IdAM products (mostly Oracle Identity Manager)
•Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
•Work directly with customers to design and develop features that meet customer requirements and expectations
•Help grow the current application to become an enterprise IdAM architecture solution
•Collaborate with operations lead and other operations personnel to ensure stability and functionality of mission-critical applications
•Troubleshoot production problems within assigned applications software
•Assist less experienced staff in user specifications, coding, testing, and debugging
•Implement recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
•Engage in process improvement initiatives


Required Skills:
•US Citizen Top Secret/SCI Clearance is required
•9 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education; OR 
7 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
•Experience in software development and COTS integration processes
•Expertise using and configuring an Oracle 11g stack (OIM, OAM, OID, OVD, OES, OHS)
•Strong background in Oracle Identity Manager 11g development
•Identity and Access Management (IdAM) domain experience
•Java development proficiency
•Experience supervising a small team of developers
•Linux operating system experience
•DoD 8570 IAT II certification requirements
•Ability to prioritize, status, and multitask
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent presentation skills

Desired Skills:
•Experience with Oracle 11g databases and PL/SQL
•Demonstrated understanding of full software development lifecycle, including quality gates (inspections, unit testing, early integration testing)
•Experience with Agile practices
•DoD 8570 IAT II certification
•Experience working directly with customers to discuss their requirements and objectives
