Job Description:
As a Business Administrator, you will support the Lead Business Administrator in the following areas:
Training Center Administration - including student enrollment, revenue processing, maintenance of training records in multiple systems, data entry, analysis and reporting, onboarding new employees, classroom utilization and scheduling.
General administrative tasks - including but not limited to ordering supplies, submitting facility service requests, coordinating and tracking IT equipment usage and associated costs, printing and distributing certificates of completion and certification cards.

Required Skills:
A successful candidate will be self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail, who can work independently and reliably to successfully balance multiple priorities. Candidate must be resourceful and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively and efficiently with internal and external customers. A strong work ethic will be required to thrive in a demanding and dynamic work environment with the ability to demonstrate excellent teaming skills, high customer service standards and professionalism. Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of the suite of Microsoft Office Applications are essential. Typical requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Desired Skills:
Experience with Learning Management and Tracking systems is preferred, or other database maintenance experience.
