Job Description:
•Assist the Business Administration Manager (BAM) with a variety of activities, including budget planning and financial analysis, reporting, rewards and recognition, workforce analysis, facilities, safety, and property management. 
•Provide budgeting and financial support to technical staff and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) and participate in monthly reporting activities across the Division. 
•Serve as point of contact for safety, environmental, property and facility-related activities. 
•May maintain and update the Division website using Sharepoint. 
•Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
•Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: business administration, human resources, workforce planning, or acquisitions. 
•Must have excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism and customer service. 
•Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with regular interruptions 
•Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, multi-task and complete complex and varied job functions and activities within discipline with minimal supervision 

Desired Skills:
•Strong professional characteristics: trustworthy, responsible, hardworking, intellectually curious individual who takes initiative and ownership of work. 
•Experience with MS Office Suite. 
•Experience with financial reporting software such as Data Extractor and Institutional Business Tool.
