Job Description:
Under the direction of the Technical Learning and Development Manager this role will analyze and create custom training needs for various organizations. The Technical Learning and Development Manager will provide oversight and access to subject matter experts as supporting elements towards the successful completion of projects requested.
-Conduct needs analysis for custom training requests
-Create instructional design documentation for the project
-Design and develop video, demos, and eLearning (using JPL branding guidelines)
-Capture/Edit application demonstrations (as needed, may be provided)
-Record high quality audio

Required Skills:
-Minimum of 8 years of directly related experience
-Expert level computer literacy skills in multimedia development applications (preferably Adobe)
-Excellent time management and organization skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills
