Job Description:
Seeking a Technical Sourcer to perform candidate development, marketing and search activities. The Technical Sourcer will work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop strategies to find talent. A motivated, process oriented recruiter with strong client and candidate management skills is ideal for this position. 
The Technical Sourcer will: 
•Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to execute innovate sourcing strategies. Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research to meet SAS talent demands 
•Partner and collaborate with Recruiting business owners on sourcing strategies and delivery of QIA (Qualified, Interested and Available) candidates to meet the demands of specific technology categories. 
•Responsible for developing a comprehensive talent community within designated niche or functional specialty. The objective of this proactive work is to develop a bench-strength of ready now talent for customer needs. Responsible for nurturing proactive network of talent for immediate access/submission to open requisitions, or for proactive exploratory searches. 
•Source active candidates from on-line databases, contacts lists, internal databases, and employee referrals. 
•Act as a search expert for functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements. 
•Partner with recruiters to generate leads, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process. 
•Submit assigned activity and project tracking reports in timely manner 
•Conduct thorough screen with candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications and ensure timely and accurate documentation in applicant tracking system (ATS) for OFCCP. 

Required Skills:
•Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Communications, Finance, HR, Psychology or related discipline and 6+ years of related experience OR High School diploma/equivalent and 14+ years of related experience
•Minimum of 6 years of recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience with direct candidate interaction. 
•2+ years experience with Boolean logic, AIRS training, or similar technically astute skills in the external recruiting industry, developed passive recruiting skills, i.e.: cold calling, training in behavioral interviewing assessment, honed customer management skills, AIRS or related certification, proven experience and success building pipelines and employment branding. 
•3+ years experience working with a Talent Relationship Management (TRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ATS and/ or other web based recruiting tools.

•Willingness to work contract assignment 
•Adapt to varying customer needs by performing a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change 
•Experience working in the engineering, aerospace, or defense industry 
•Demonstrated success in a dynamic, frequently changing, and geographically disperse environment 
•Strong organizational skills 
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office /Windows environment. 
•Strong written and oral communication skills with Recruiting team 
•Experience working with Avature CRM
