Job Description:
The ServiceNow Test Lead will provide development of test suites, test plans, and test cases and execute tests within ServiceNow, manage the UAT process with the customer, and assist with user story and requirements development and review. The Test Lead will use the agile development and testing modules of ServiceNow, interact and collaborate with developers, and business analysts, customers, and other stakeholders daily, and follow best practices and agile SDLC.
•Develop test suites, test plans, and test cases within ServiceNow
•Execute tests within ServiceNow
•Test ServiceNow user stories and ensure they meet acceptance criteria
•Manage the UAT process with the customer, ensure stories are assigned, and tested within 72 hours, assist the customer to complete testing
•Work with the development team to resolve UAT findings
•Participate in the elicitation and development of requirements and acceptance criteria with the customer and other stakeholders
•Follow and work within the Agile development lifecycle
•Assist the ServiceNow development team with break/fix items
•Assist with backlog grooming and sprint planning
•Assist with user story and requirements prioritization
•Use business management tools for tracking time, expenses and project status and documentation.
•Understand and abide by all security and operational policies

Required Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
•Minimum of 5 years related experience
•Minimum of 3 years agile development
•Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow experience
•Minimum of 2 years of relevant consulting or government contracting industry experience

Preferred Skills:
•Minimum of 8 years related experience
•Experience interviewing SMEs and customer representatives to elicit the knowledge and background information required
•ServiceNow Certifications
•Prior experience with other ITSM platforms (i.e., Remedy)

Desired Skills:
•Ability to clearly communicate the requirements and proposed solution to the customer
•Strong technical writing skills and the ability to assist the development team and customers with user story and requirements development 
•Demonstrate the ability to create technical drawings and concept graphics for wireframes
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present in a group setting; ability to facilitate and conduct webinars and presentations to customers, including conceptual design and white boarding sessions
•Ability to mentor testers
•Project a professional image and strong business acumen during customer interactions
•Possess a sense of urgency, strong organizational and follow up skills
