Job Description:
•Design and build OBIEE dashboards, analyses, prompts, Delivers agents, BI Publisher reports.
•Design and develop RPD subject areas.
•Perform JavaScript development to support OBIEE products (dashboards, reports).
•Assist with performance tuning as it relates to OBIEE dashboards and analyses.
•Partner with business users, subject matter experts, backend/ETL developers, and business systems analysts in the BI & Analytics Program Office to implement high quality Business Intelligence solutions for JPL.
•Advise and contribute to the development of OBIEE report and dashboard development and configuration best practices and standards.
•Work closely with project managers to plan and estimate technical efforts.
•Support daily operations and maintenance as needed.
•Abide by standards and procedures.
•Document code and processes.
•Contribute to planning and estimating future staff and technology needs.
•Participate in development of end-to-end technical BI solutions, which may include leading and doing:
      · Data analysis using SQL
      · Report and dashboard design and development using OBIEE, Tableau and R or Python
      · Debugging, testing, and QA
      · Implementation and user support
      · Utilities, scripting, and automation
      · Database tuning
•Tasks shall include:
      · BI projects
      · Data science projects
      · Ad hoc requests
      · Maintenance requests
      · Infrastructure projects
      · Bug fixes

Required Skills:
•Oracle Discoverer Administration Tool 11g
•Oracle Discoverer Desktop Tool 11g
•Oracle Discoverer Plus (Web browser version) 11g
•Oracle BIEE Analysis (Answers) Create analysis, Filters, Prompts.
•Oracle BIEE Dashboard  Create Dashboard page, Dashboard prompts, session and presentation variables
•Oracle BIEE  Actions (Navigated) and Agents (Scheduling)
•Oracle BIEE Visualizations
•RPD (OBIEE Administration), Data Modeling, Hierarchies and dimensions
•Familiarity with Oracle’s Discoverer to OBIEE conversion utility and experience in transitioning Discoverer reports to OBIEE
