Job Description:
Report to Section Manager however, provide office support to ~40 individuals which involves providing various daily, weekly and/or monthly reporting for customers and section members; distributing information; coordinating requests and receiving visitors; arranging travel; setting up meetings, special events/conferences; scheduling appointments and recurring training; maintaining calendars for leadership; setting up and maintaining files, purchasing and organizing supplies; arranging purchase of and tracking communications and IT equipment; assisting with presentation materials, spreadsheets and reports; accountable for facilities service requests to maintain office equipment and a safe working environment; direct customer help inquiries; supports on-boarding and off-boarding process; participate on teams within own organization with some interaction with organizational peers; resolve immediate day-to-day common issues; ad hoc duties as required


Required Skills:
Highly motivated, collaboration, very organized, strong written and verbal communication skills, team oriented, solid understanding of general job aspects; strong MS Office skills particularly Excel and Powerpoint; makes few errors; takes responsibility and ownership of own work.
