Job Description:
The Radar Science and Engineering Section (334) in the Communications, Tracking, and Radar Division (33) is currently searching for an Electrical/Electronics Engineer. The incumbent will provide integration and test (I&T) on a digitally calibrated, active Ka and Ku-band CubeSat antenna tile, for future Earth remote sensing applications, as part of an R&D effort. In this role, you will be integrating the electronics with the antenna boards, working with an FPGA-based digital system and custom firmware, and testing the completed antenna tile (including its digital calibration).

Required Skills:
•Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
•Offer contingent on ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
•Education & Experience: A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or related discipline with: a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years of related experience; Master’s degree; or Doctorate degree
•Knowledge of Electrical Engineering, especially in RF and/or Digital engineering
•Experience with integration and testing of electronics
•Ability to work with limited direction and communicate effectively

Desired Skills:
•Experience with RF/microwave engineering concepts or practice
•Experience with FPGAs
