Job Description:
Conduct interviews with PSO support personnel and identify tasks/services performed for the “Directory of PSO Services” Identify and implement a review and maintenance process for the successful upkeep of the service directory. Support the Manager of the Rules, Reporting, and Reviews and Business Administration Office.
1. Assemble a “PSO Directory of Services” which is an inventory that identifies all primary internal support functions for the operation of the Project Support Office.
2. Inventory and reconcile UCS charges for the PSO.
3. Deliver weekly Integrated Events Planner to JPL customers.
4. Develop spreadsheets to support the Rules, Reporting, and Reviews and Business Administration Office, and PSO.
5. Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
•Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
•Offer contingent on ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
•Good oral and written communication skills
•Ability to digest and organize data in a consumable format for publication to be used by PSO Office personnel.
