Roles and responsibilities
7 month contract position
W2 with full benefits
Customer and contract specific training will be required and provided.

Job Description:
Provides administrative support for Personnel Records Consolidation Project by:
-Receiving training on records retention/offsite storage process
-Applying process training to a lab-wide initiative to arrange for all current employee personnel records to be sent to offsite storage
-Includes adhering to a calendar each day of groups that are scheduled to have their section files prepared for offsite storage
-Box all files and comply with inventory and labelling of each box for offsite storage to ensure that specific files can be recalled at some point in the future on an as needed basis
-Log all box entries into the records management system
-Arrange for offsite storage vendor to pick up boxes by section when all file preparation is complete
- HR Administrator must be able to work independently, adhere to a schedule, and communication with local section representatives throughout the process.
-Reports to the HRSC Manager and AskHR project staff for training and guidance
-Adheres to Laboratory policies and procedures and ensures compliance with offsite storage process
-Provides regular status updates on progress and proactive updates related to any barriers to success

Required Skills:
•Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
•Offer contingent on ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
•Requires High School Diploma with Minimum of 3 years related file/customer service experience.
•Minimum of one year of Human Resource Administration experience and/or training.
•Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
•Work accuracy is essential.
•Ability to work independently

•Excellent written & oral communication skills.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
