Job Description:
GPS Test Engineer to be a member of the Advanced Radio Metric and Gravity Sensing Instruments Group and join a team of experienced engineers to assemble GPS reciever systems for NASA / NOAA flagship Satellites (SWOT, NiSAR and Sentinel 6). Employee will set up and execute tests, coordinate with the team, write and execute test procedures, collect and process telemetry data from the receivers.


Required Skills:
•Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
•Offer contingent on ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
•Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering with circuit design, testing and RF experience.
•Knowledge of embedded systems for software defined radios.
•Experience with RF cables, antenna’s and RF test equipment
•Ability to generate and execute test procedures

Desired Skills:
•JPL flight hardware handling and testing experience
•GPS receiver design and testing and
•RF knowledge including testing, network analyzers, freq synthesizers and DMM’s.
•Clean room, mate de-mate and JCI training
