Job Description:
•Manage and maintain Windows servers in the customer data centers; work directly with customers as required to ensure their needs are met
•Act as a subject matter expert and primary technical contact for all iManage systems and related processes.
•Maintain and support related systems to iManage
•Participate in planning, development, and implementation of upgrades, new modules and related applications.
•Provide workspace and database administration tasks, including but not limited to:
-Administration of workspace templates and provisioning rules.
-Maintenance/troubleshooting of automated matter warehouse creation processes.
-General database troubleshooting and maintenance, including creation of SQL scripts to perform application administration tasks.
-Manage file imports and exports, including mapping/import of accompanying metadata.
-User account management, including troubleshooting automated account creation processes, and name changes.
•Provide level one support to analysts/engineers in other groups who work with integrated systems          
•Perform daily health checks and monitoring of servers in all related systems.
•Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, escalating when appropriate to Supervisor.
•Recognize patterns in reported incidents, diagnose underlying root causes and devise timely and effective resolutions as necessary.
•Provide level one assistance with Service Desk escalations, including but not limited to general issues such as document check in/checkout issues, document recovery issues, and client configuration/integration problems, escalating to the iManage Support Team when applicable.
•Work with multiple teams to plan, install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot applicable iManage system upgrades.
•Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
•Document all systems, processes and procedures in a timely, clear and concise manner.
•Monitor and follow up with customers after resolution of complex technical issues to ensure integrity of solutions.
•Provide management with project briefings.
•Work in a rapid paced environment and work independently
•Maintain the smooth operation of a multi-user computer systems, including coordination with other administrators, customers and engineers
•Set up administrator and service accounts, tune system performance, install system wide software
•Interact with users and evaluate vendor products
•Evaluate hardware and software, with the goal of improving and increasingly automating operations
•Develop and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources
•Create, maintain, and implement detailed documentation and maintain standard operating procedures
•Apply security settings and other commercial security best practices
•Provide support on a M-F business hours schedule; also responsible for on-call, extended hour, and weekend support as required by mission or emergency situations

Required Skills:
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 5 years of overall related experience with a Windows server environment; or Master’s degree and 3 years overall related experience. Additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree
•Excellent understanding of Windows Servers in design, configuration and the administration of Windows 2008r2 and 2012
•Remote Desktop Services (Login and Security), including Citrix
•PowerShell Scripting experience
•Completing registry backups and modifications
•Group Policy Management (GPO) and application of Local Security Policies
•Use of Windows Task Scheduler
•System (hardware) and application (software) installation and configuration
•System monitoring using installed tools as well as external tools
•Application of security settings and other commercial security best practices
•Experience with configuration, troubleshooting and maintaining virtual and cloud environments
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills
•Ability to multitask and function in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills:
•MCSE certification
•ITIL training and/or certification
•Past experience with the Department of Justice
•DOJ or DOD Active Clearance
•Customer interface experience
•Managing Active Directory/ADFS and DFS
•PIV authentication
•iManage knowledge and experience
•Network knowledge and experience
•Working knowledge of Linux servers
•Working knowledge of NetApp and other storage devices
•Exposure to SQL and Oracle and database concepts and installations
•ITSM knowledge and experience, particularly with ServiceNow
