Job Description:
•Coordinate a wide range of logistical activities associated with the Clinical Science Review Committee (CSRC) meetings.
•Serve as the liaison between Therapeutics Research Program (TRP) and other groups associated with CSRC.
•Work with external contractors or to contact reviewers, presenters and other required personnel.
•Assist in the management of CSRC meeting schedules.
•Manage and maintain the TRP Deputy Director's calendar and provide other administrative support as needed.
•Coordinate pre-DSMB activities for TRP Management and assist in post-DSMB activities as appropriate.
•Coordinate all activities for interviews related to new job applicants in TRP.
•Provide meeting coordination and event planning for all TRP events (e.g. recurring internal staff meetings, applicable workshops, seminars, guest speakers and other related activities); provide support for routine and “one-of-a-kind” or programmatic meetings; schedule or maintain calendars; reserve meeting space/equipment; prepare/distribute agendas; and other tasks determined by the TRP leadership.
•Serve as a SharePoint Working Group point of contact for TRP, including new portal site/community development, establishment of document libraries and other SharePoint content, and attendance at working group meetings and trainings.
•Develop and update content on SharePoint portal site for TRP and DAIDS.
•Work with staff on the collection, compilation and distribution of relevant scientific literature
•Develop and distribute summaries/minutes for a variety of programmatic and budget  meetings   
•Collaborate with federal staff to create, adapt and edit standard operating procedures (SOPs).
•Provide written reports and guidance documents.
•Prepare oral presentations.
•Prepare analytic plans and analyses.

Required Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
•Minimum of (3) three years of related management experience.
•Computer experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
