Job Description:
Be the primary change management analyst and assist the legacy reporting retirement team in transitioning the lab's business reporting users to more modern reporting technologies.


Required Skills:
•Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
•Offer contingent on ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
•Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of technical training for business and engineering systems, including conducting needs assessment, designing and developing training programs, delivery and evaluating effectiveness.
•Working knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and Instructional Design Methodologies.
•Experience developing, delivering, and measuring instructor-led training with excellent classroom management skills.
•Experience in developing self-paced online training and leading live WebEx classes.
•Ability to create a thorough training needs analysis to guide course sponsors and subject matter experts to a measurable result.
•Ability to create a training plan and coordinate required resources.
•Ability to work with Subject-Matter experts (SME) in both business and engineering environments to develop high complexity and critical training.
•Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
•Experience in customizing internal and vendor provided course materials.
•Familiarity with Oracle's Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)

Desired Skills:
•Experience in government related work. i.e., Advanced knowledge of applicable JPL policies and procedures, NASA policies and procedures, and government regulations.
•Experience in business systems.
•Experience in UI/UX
