Job Description:
Provide a Data Scientist who will be writing python software code for science support on compositional analyses of Europa and Enceladus.  Specifically, continue to develop and work on a robust statistical analysis code developed by Jonah Peters that uses non-negative least squares coupled with a model performance algorithm to conduct an independent test set using the bias-corrected Akaike Information Criterion.  Will also finish developing python code on the Markov Chain Monte Carlo methods for the analyses of these datasets.  Assist with writing up results for publication. 

Required Skills:
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
• Offer contingent on ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Highly proficient in programming in Python
• Highly proficient with statistical analyses and numerical methods
• Highly proficient with Cassini Ion and Neutral Mass Spectrometry data
• Highly skilled with writing methods and results for publication in peer-reviewed journals
• Highly skilled with writing documentation of software code
