Job Description:
The successful Senior Contract Administrator candidate will be responsible for providing a) direct contract support such as the review of contractual documents to ensure satisfaction of contractual requirements and adherence to company policies, b) assisting in continued contract performance by monitoring budget, compliance documents, schedules, deliverables and recommendations, c) administering, extending, and negotiating/terminating various contracts and subcontracts, and d) supporting proposal preparation and pricing, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

- The successful Contract Administrator will have the following education / experience:
• > 10 years of Government contract administration experience
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint 7, ERP, and Time & Expense
• Demonstrated ability to provide sound judgment supporting critical elements of conventional contract administration activities
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of corporate and customer staff through solid verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; or extensive,
relevant experience in lieu of stated education requirement.

• Responsible for providing contract administration support for a wide range of Federal and Commercial Engineering, IT, Health & Physical Sciences and Programmatic projects supporting Civilian, DoD, and IC agencies, this position specifically supports the following activities:
• Full ‘cradle to grave’ contract administration
• Non-Disclosure, Professional Services, Teaming, Subcontract, and related agreements
• Subcontractor contractual performance
• Cost/price proposal development including working with costing models and supporting administrative volume preparation
• Monitoring contract backlog and at-risk factors for sound contract status
• Contract financial and metric reporting
• Contract technical, schedule, cost, and deliverable performance
• Contract compliance (DCAA, FAR, DFAR, FAMS, and related specific agency clauses that drive services delivery)
• Resolution of funding issues, modifications, contract performance metrics and related internal and external reporting requirements
• Enforcement of contract administration policies and procedures.
