Job Description:
Provide technical support via Web-EX and telephone: 
- Perform code and configuration modifications to MS Project Server(MSPS)
- Lead design review and process improvement sessions related to MSPS
- Refine and Finalize MSPS configuration guide for system administrators
- Provide guidance and support to JPL IT support team
- Provide formal knowledge transfer of MSPS related code/configurations to JPL IT support team
- Create Support Documentation and lessons learned
- Travel on-site to JPL Campus as needed

Required Skills:
• Must be a US Citizen
• Offer contingent on ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• This position typically requires a Bachelors degree in Business or a related discipline, with a minimum of 6 years of related experience; a Masters degree in a similar discipline, with a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or a PhD in a similar discipline, with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• This candidate must have the ability to apply wide-ranging experience and advanced knowledge in one or more fields of related knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience/skill set:
• 7+ years of experience in IT systems development or consulting in SharePoint and other Microsoft technologies
• 3+ years MS Project Server/PWA experience and a minimum of 3 years experience in SharePoint development.
o Hands on experience in creating workflows and templates
o Experience in Microsoft Project/Project-related aspects of SharePoint.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems with Project Server 2013 and SharePoint.
o Experience in HTML, XML, Javascript, SQLServer, C#, .NET, ASP.NET and WCF.
• Ability to communicate Project Server product benefits and our service capabilities and offerings to IT and business leaders.
• Ability to gather and translate customer business requirements into a use case for Microsoft Project Server (or other products).
• 3+ years in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server and PWA Development
• Must be a resourceful, self-motivated individual with excellent verbal, written communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge and comprehensive understanding of program/project management techniques and lifecycles.

Desired Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of applicable Laboratory policies and procedures, NASA policies and procedures, and government regulations.
• Ability to work independently with only limited direction, typically receiving few or no instructions.
