Columbus Technologies and Services, Inc. specializes in information technology, software, science and engineering support services for a diverse group of clients from the aerospace, commercial and federal sectors. This position will cover the front desk and receptionist duties as well as provide ongoing support to the recruiting department.
-Answer phones and manage the front desk/reception area.
-Welcome visitors and assist building management; order and handle validations
-Check mail and perform other mail related tasks for the office
-General housekeeping duties
-Provide administrative support to the recruiting department
-Post jobs openings to various sites
-Update and manage all job openings
-Find qualified candidates for job openings by searching job boards, internal database and networking.
-Understand technical requirements and sourcing challenges of each role.
-Sorts incoming resumes and conducts initial screening interviews
-Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates
-Submit qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers
-Inputs necessary information into the applicant/resume tracking database in an accurate and timely manner.
-Coordinate interviews with candidates
-Keep records of candidate interviews and report them to recruitment managers
-Negotiate offer letters and check references
-Perform ad hoc duties as needed
-Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
-Offer contingent on ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
-Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Very organized and responsible
-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame
-Excellent team working skills
-Able to work with deadlines
-Proficiency with various software applications such as MS Office and SharePoint
-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or similar
-Full life cycle recruiting experience.
-Experience recruiting for IT and Engineering openings.
-Experience recruiting TS/SCI positions.
-Experience recruiting for multiple customers across the US.
