Job Description:
This position will provide ongoing support to the recruiting department by performing various recruitment and administrative activities.

Main Responsibilities:
- Find qualified candidates for job openings by searching job boards, internal database and networking.
- Understand technical requirements and sourcing challenges of each role.
- Sorts incoming resumes and conducts initial screening interviews
- Inputs necessary information into the applicant/resume tracking database in an accurate and timely manner.
- Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates
- Keep records of candidate interviews and report them to recruitment managers
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed

Required Skills:
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Offer contingent on ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
- Education Requirement: HS Diploma
- Minimum Years Experience: 0-2
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Very organized and responsible
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame
- Excellent team working skills
- Able to work with deadlines
- Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel

Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or similar
- Full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for IT and Engineering openings.
- Experience recruiting TS/SCI positions.
- Experience recruiting for multiple customers across the US.
