We are currently seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to work onsite with the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.

Job Description:
• Provide support for education and technology in the Office of Professional Development in the CCND.
• Process and track staff credentialing and privileging requests.
• Serve as Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator.
• Serve as Course Registration System Administrator.
• Assist Nurse Educators in uploading e-learning modules into the Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Upload, maintain and troubleshoot issues related to content in Learning Management System and Course Registration System.
• Provide customer support services to staff regarding user profiles and class sign-up in the LMS and course registration systems.
• Liaison with system vendors regarding technical issues.
• Track and support nursing intranet requests.
• Collaborate with staff to coordinate, prepare and analyze a wide array of reports.
• Maintain and monitor databases for assigned programs; communicate information to sen-ior level staff as required.
• Provide logistical support for a variety of meetings, conferences and program activities.
• Attend meetings, briefings and other activities in support of organizational programs; note commitments made; inform staff of commitments and deadlines.
• Prepare briefing documents; gather, organize and summarize selected information.
• Schedule appointments, meetings and conference calls; provide background information; communicate with participants regarding agenda; draft meeting minutes and summaries.
• Track and maintain project expenditures/budget.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Four years of specialized experience plus a High School diploma is equivalent to a BA/BS degree.
• Minimum of six (6) years of related experience.
• Extensive knowledge and recent experience (past 3 years) in the use of MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of the following
• Critical thinking and decision making skills.
• Experience working in a large fast-paced organizational environment
• Self-starter; ability to “hit the ground running” upon completion of orientation and on-the job training
• Adapts easily to change in assignments; able to multi-task and shift priorities on short no-tice
• Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
