Job Description:
The Office of the CIO (CIO) is charged with leading the IT transformation and building an organization that ensures the standardization of
processes and tools, that enable the effective and efficient delivery of IT solutions to our business partners. The Application Portfolio
Management team drives IT wide service/application standards, processes, tools and governance that consistently deliver the desired
business outcomes.

The Software Systems Engineer will primarily be responsible for providing governance and transparency to the overall health of our
application portfolios and associated infrastructure services. They will provide common standards across multiple areas of IT, provide
functional support for APM tools, provide data analytics for relevant KPI reporting, provide standards to ensure alignment with business
objectives and enable transparency to the total portfolio of IT investments. The APM lead will also consult with our business partners to help
them manage their application portfolios.

• Support governance of application portfolios and provide transparency to the health of the portfolio
• Provide consistent communication with various Senior and Executive Management
• Consult with various business partners as the status and health of their portfolio
• Create and report on portfolio metrics including dashboard reporting for portfolio health
• Enable proactive risk mitigation
• Provide functional support for application portfolio management including training and change management with a focus on ADKAR methodologies
• Work across IT business unit teams to provide support for portfolio management in ServiceNow APM
• Provide support for tickets from application portfolio owners
• Develop KPI and dashboard reports
• Create, implement and maintain process for quality assurance and process audits

Required Skills:
• Must be a US Citizen 
• Offer contingent on ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Typically, 5 or more years of experience in developing IT processes.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow for application portfolio management.
• Demonstrated strategy planning and customer engagement skills and experience leading teams and people through change.
• Excellent consultative skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. Advanced interpersonal skills, communications skills, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to present and discuss complex technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding and approval.
• Undergraduate Degree is a must.

Desired Skills:
• Graduate degree in Information Systems or related discipline or MBA.
• PowerBI experience.
• Experience with product and project management.
