Job Description:
As a part of the leadership team you will be required to provide guidance and direction to a wide variety of IT professions as-well-as engage engineers, program managers, business leaders and various thought leaders to ensure their needs from IT are met. You will be expected to define an architecture for future technology adoption that will meet project needs while using knowledge of scalable and modular systems to develop system architectures and contribute to technical planning and decision making. Specific areas of work will include:
• Architect systems, workflows and procedures to improve IT functions to ensure overall current and future goals of the overall organization are supported.
• Create business architecture models that reflect strategies and goals.
• Evaluates systems engineering, security, talent and other models for discrepancies or vulnerabilities
• Locate ways to reduce costs in IT and business leadership
• Identify ways to increase employee knowledge and skills to support future growth
• Conduct research to find ways in which to improve our operations
• Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance
• Create and implement a business vision and multi-year plan
• Manage/lead projects and task to ensure priorities are on cost, schedule and perform as expected
• Interact with various experience levels of users, engineers, program managers and customers to discern requirements
• Brief and lead meetings with VIP/Senior leaders to junior users on various IT subjects.

Required Skills:
• The candidate must be a citizen of the United States of America
• Candidate must have a minimum of a Top Secret/SCI clearance
• A United States Government administered polygraph examination will be given to the selected candidate; he/she must pass it to maintain employment in this position
• Offer contingent on ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Master’s Degree and 15+ years of project/program management experience
• Current IAT Level II/III, IAM Level I/II/III 8140 Cyber Workforce Management Certification (examples: Security+, CASP, Cloud+, CASP, CISSP)
• 10+ years of experience with Architecture frameworks (ITIL, ToGAF, DoDAF)
• 10+ year(s) of combined experience in IT business portfolio and/or CIO management
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Cloud, Linux, Python, HTML, & JAVA
• Experience with implementing CIO strategies
• Experience with program protection/supply chain risk management (SCRM) methods
• Availability to work non-standard hours; early/after hours; nights, weekends as needed
• Available to work both off-site and on-site, in a team environment of internal and external coworkers
• Must be willing to submit to a CI Poly

Desired Skills:
• In-scope Top Secret clearance w/ability to be SCI briefed
• Current Counter-Intelligence (CI) Poly highly desired. Must be willing to submit to a CI Poly
