Job Description:
The Test Automation Framework SME will be responsible for the technical support and deployment of IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM ) for the GPS OCX program. In this capacity, the candidate will assist Configuration Item (CI) level testing, CI to CI level integration, and segment/element integration and test activities to utilize RQM as the program test management framework. This will include configuring stand-alone tests, as well as multiple sequential tests that verify system functional and performance requirements. It will also include using the tool to collect test data, and report test metrics, and provide a dashboard for Raytheon management and customer to determine current status, in near real time. Duties will also include tool troubleshooting, maintaining and implementing solutions to optimize testing at all levels. The successful candidate should also have knowledge or experience in one or more of these engineering tools/functions: 
• Unit Test and Analysis / Peer Review 
• Functional, automated test and test orchestration 
• Test Framework and requirements 
• Build and Development Environments / Continuous Integration
• Providing guidance on tool usage 
• Troubleshoot and address tool issues 
• Provision tool updates 
• Implement tool integrations 
• Understanding tool licensing and procurement 
• Tailor tools to specific program needs 
• Prove tool administration support, including staging, version updates and patches 
• Create and maintain associated dashboards and reports 
• Interfacing with suppliers 
• Identify and document best practices and training aids

Required Skills:
• Ability to support engineering team members in the use of engineering tools 
• Background in usage or support of engineering tools 
• Ability to managing vendor/supplier relationships 
• Ability to multi-task, to support multiple customers, and to work within specific schedule and cost constraints 
• Possess and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, presentation and verbal/written communication skills 
• Strong problem solving skills 
• Strong teamwork skills – The ability to interact productively with end users, analysts, other Raytheon personnel, and customers in a diverse team setting 
• 2+ years of experience in the following: 
o Preparing and stat-using detailed test schedules 
o Specifying test verification requirements 
o Preparing test procedures 
o Conducting test procedures 
o Utilizing discrepancy report systems 
• Working within Integrated Product Teams 
• Must be willing to travel short term for business 
• Must be willing to travel long term for temporary assignment at off site locations 
*Must have an active Secret security clearance* 
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related scientific discipline with minimum 6+ years of test experience or 14+ years of applicable test experience without a degree
