Job Description:
•Work products and documents related to providing project management support and overall program administration.
•Work products and documents related to track and report programmatic aspects; apprise individuals and partners of progress of integrated tasks and next steps; provide regular reports; track and monitor human subject research; maintain, copy and distribute files.
•Work products and documents related to communication support; field and streamline questions; manage calendars; maintain communication with key personnel; coordinate efforts with IT staff for updates to website.
•Work products and documents related to coordinating logistics for annual in-person meetings, monthly teleconferences and video conferences; design, develop and prepare documents, including spreadsheets, letters, rosters, agendas, presentations and meeting minutes/summaries.

Required Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
•Minimum of six (6) years of experience in a clinical or clinical research environment.
•Knowledge of NIH policies with respect to federal regulations for human subjects protections.
•Excellent, proactive project management and problem solving skills.
•Expertise in effective/efficient meeting management.
•Strong analytical, communications skills, both oral and written.
•Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
