Job Description:
Job duties will include, but are not limited to, the following: Assist with the organization of the hard-copy drawing libraries for Facilities with the goal of packaging and shipping to offsite document storage. Scan large format hard-copy documents and drawings to create digital files. Enter drawing names and metadata into Excel spreadsheet or Meridian Document Database. Organize, research, and take action on PDF or hard copy large format documents and drawings.

Required Skills:
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
• Offer contingent on ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance.
• Experience with data entry.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with daily use of Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, searching)
• Experience working with PDFs (renaming, extracting, rotating)
• Familiarity with Records Management
• Familiarity with Construction Drawings
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

Desired Skills:
• Understanding of BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise
