Job Description:
- This team member will be needed to take on the primary role of logging Quality Critical Item (QCI) hardware in to the Receiving Inspection Queue.
- Secondary tasks will include (but not limited to): bond queue reconciliation, support on test IRs.
- Will include: Applicable policies, procedures, and practices in quality discipline; application of drawings and specifications
- May also include: Writing inspection reports and non-conformances
- Documentation of hardware quality

Required Skills:
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
• Offer contingent on ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Candidate must have demonstrated ability to interact with peers and/or functional partners within the organization, as well as customers external to JPL and may assist less experienced personnel with work assignments. Application of required policies, procedures and practices to resolve a variety of complex procedure will be required, with general supervision for routine work and detailed instructions for new assignments.
• Must be proficient with the MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel).

Desired Skills:
• Previous experience with data entry in a receiving inspection and/or quality assurance environment.
• Ability to accurately read drawings and specifications.
• High attention to detail; able to work independently once fully trained.
• Strong use of Excel and experience using Oracle.
